Waterpark
First Aid and Lost & Found:
Wild Island staffs certified Ellis & Associates lifeguards. A First Aid Station is located at the rear wall of the wave pool where an EMT is always on duty. Lost and Found is located at the main tube rental window near the lockers.
Food and Refreshments:
Food and beverage facilities are located throughout the park. Located at the entrance gate, the Calypso Cafe features fresh lemonade, tacos, burrito wraps, and assorted beers, and for the sweet tooth, "Dippin' Dots" ice cream in a variety of flavors. The Aruba Cafe offers hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, a variety of other snacks, and beverages by Coca-Cola. Kokomo's 21 Club, located in the middle of the lazy river, is an over-21 adult area and serves a variety of hot appetizers and snacks as well as beer, wine, and frozen tropical fruit cocktails.
Gift Shop Information:
The Moondog gift shop, located in the center of the park carries souvenir T-shirts, suntan lotion and a variety of sun and gift items.
Flotation Devices:
Due to safety regulations, personal life vests (unless they are labeled Coast Guard approved) and flotation devices are not allowed in the park. Life vests are available at no charge on a first-come, first-serve basis at the tube rental area.
Glass, Food, Drinks, Radios, Tape Players, Beach Chairs, Lounges, Barbecues, Umbrellas:
These items are prohibited from entering the park. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sport bottles, with the exception of special souvenir Wild Island sport bottles, are not allowed in the park. Wild Island sport bottles must enter the park empty. Glass baby food jars and bottles are prohibited from entering the park; however, glass baby food containers may be left in the administrative office until ready to use. Umbrellas which attach to a chair are allowed unless there is excessive wind activity.
Alcoholic Beverages:
Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited from entering the park. For your enjoyment, the Aruba Cafe, Calypso Cafe, and Kokomo's 21 Club serve beer, wine coolers, and a variety of frozen tropical fruit cocktails. Two forms of identification are required and over-indulgence is not tolerated.
Park Re-Entry:
If you first obtain a hand stamp at the exit gate, you may exit and re-enter the park. At the time you exit, you may not take any unfinished alcoholic beverage with you. Intoxication is grounds for the denial of readmission.
Park Paging:
Except for extreme emergencies, Wild Island cannot page guests. We recommend guests predetermine a meeting place and time to reassemble with other members of their party.

Read and share this information to ensure that you have both a safe and fun time with us.
It will be helpful if you take a moment to familiarize yourself with the park map and locations of rest rooms, first aid station, food services, and the gift shop/information booth.
Please do not enter the park with the following items: Coolers or ice chests, food and beverage items, glass containers, radios, beach chairs, lounges, body boards or personal flotation devices (other than Coast Guard approved), fins or snorkels. Dasani and Smart Water brands water will be allowed as long as it is sealed when you enter the park.
Be sure to read all safety signs and listen to how-to-ride instructions from our lifeguards before riding any attraction. For your protection, safety is strictly enforced. Anyone not respecting these rules and operational procedures may be asked to leave the park without a refund of admission.
Our lifeguards use one whistle blast to gain the attention of a guest. Please give prompt respect to instructions given by the guards.
Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult.
Walk - DO NOT RUN - in the park.
Many attractions are high speed rides. These rides are not recommended if you have a history of medical problems such as brittle bones, surgery, neck or back problems, or if you are pregnant.
Please be aware, some rides have height restrictions. Refer to ride signs posted in the park or ask an employee for more information.
T-shirts may not be worn while using the slides. Women MUST wear a swimsuit under T-shirts when using the lazy river, wave pool or spa.
Swim suits with buttons, zippers, snaps, studs, rivets or any other hard material attached are not allowed to be worn on the slides. They may, however, be worn in the lazy river, wave pool and Little Lagoon. Shorts, other than appropriate swim attire, are not allowed on the slides.
Cutoffs are not allowed to be worn on or in any attraction.
Wet suits and spring suits may be worn in the wave pool and the lazy river only.
Goggles with non-glass lenses are allowed in the wave pool only. Snorkels and fins are not allowed in the park.
Safety Notice
For sanitary and health reasons, diapered infants must wear protective plastic pants before being allowed in any of the pools or the Little Lagoon.
Plastic pants may be purchased at the gift shop at our cost. Infants must be changed on the infant changing stations located in the park and in the men's and women's front bathrooms. Infants may not be changed on lounge furniture or picnic tables.
Family Entertainment Center (Coconut Bowl, Mini-Golf, Go-Karts)
Operating Information:
The Wild Island Family Entertainment Center is open year-round. Call 359-2927 for current operating hours. Inclement weather may force temporary Raceway closures.
Food and Refreshments:
Food and beverage facilities are located in the entry building. The snack bar offers hot dogs, snacks, and beverages by Coca-Cola. View the Water Dogs menu (located inside of Coconut Bowl).
Restrictions:
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the Wild Island Family Entertainment Center. Food and beverages are not allowed on the golf course or race tracks. No outside food or drinks are permitted into the building.
