Wild Island Barbecues

This all-you-can-eat, buffet-style lunch is barbecued and served in your reserved pavilion.  Choose the combination that best suits your group.  Minimum group size is 30.

Our western barbecues include:

Choice of two salads, condiment tray (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.), and assorted cookie platter for dessert. To add cheese for hamburgers is an additional $.50 per person.  To add barbecued chicken to the Cattleman's, or barbecued chicken or ribs to the Wrangler is an additional $3.00 per person.

Buffet Service

Group size determines the duration of the all-you-can-eat buffet.

• 30-99 — 1.5 hours
• 100-499 — 2hours
• 500-999 — 2.5 hours
• 1000-1999 — 3.5 hours
• 2000+ — 4 hours.

Split serving times are available for a service charge.  Groups 30-50 are subject to a $175.00 catering fee.

A soft drink bar featuring Coca-Cola, Sprite and Diet Coke is included and served from 11 am to 5 pm in your pavilion.

For a simpler fare, groups of 20 or more may purchase food tickets for the Aruba Cafe at discount prices.  Food tickets are presented by the individuals at the snack bar window and their lunch is cooked to order allowing members of your group to eat at their convenience.
